SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process all orders within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) but it may take up to 3 weeks if an item is in high demand or out of stock. After receiving your order confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
🇬🇧UK:
Orders with a value less than £30.00 are charged £3.99 for shipping
We currently offer free shipping on all UK orders over £30.00.
Shipping rates are the same price for all UK addresses. Once dispatched, delivery within 2-3 working days including Saturdays as described on Royal Mail’s website.
There may be delays due to high volumes of orders.
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
We currently do not offer in-store pickup on orders.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Prices vary depending on country or region.

Customs, duties and taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Young Potters is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the consumer.
Additional Information
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you are a UK customer and have not received your order within 1 week of receiving a confirmation of possession email from Royal Mail, please get in contact with us using our contact form.
If you are an International customer and haven’t received your order within 4 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the Contact form at https://youngpotters.com/pages/contact with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please regularly check the tracking information, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
